This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Jade McFay (“we”, “us”, “our”). We sell physical products, including signed paperback books and gift bundles, to customers in the United Kingdom.

We offer physical books and related merchandise, which may include signed editions, bundles, special editions, and future book releases.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Checkout is powered by SureCart; payments are securely processed through approved third‑party payment providers.
  • We accept debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (where supported).
  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details when completing checkout.


4. Ordering & Acceptance
When you place an order, you’ll receive an email acknowledging it. Your order is accepted once we send your “Thank you for your order” email.

We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if items are unavailable, payment fails, or errors occur in pricing or product information.


5. Shipping (UK‑Only)

  • We ship to UK addresses only.
  • Typical dispatch time: 2–5 working days.
  • Delivery is usually Evri (approx. 2–3 working days).
  • Delivery times are estimates.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.


6. Cancellations (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Exceptions:
The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Signed or personalised books
  • Gift bundles where sealed items have been opened

7. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.


8. Pre‑Orders & External Retailers
Some products may also be available through external retailers (e.g., Amazon, TikTok). Purchases made through those retailers are governed by their respective terms, pricing, and delivery processes.


9. Inventory, Substitutions & Limits
We use automated inventory tracking. In rare cases where stock errors occur, we will notify you and offer a revised timeframe or full refund. We may limit order quantities per customer where necessary.


10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, branding, and product design, is owned by Jade McFay. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any content without permission.


11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers
  • Losses due to incorrect address information provided by you
